Basically, being able to switch between weapons by only scrolling, not scrolling and clicking left mouse, like the option in Source let you do. Can’t find it in the options, so I don’t think it’s there (not quick weapon switch, since that only swaps between two weapons).
This is a planned feature.

Yea this will be nice for Plaza and other stuff, but it is already in Virus. I feel like a lot of people sleep on it, that shit can save you’re life. Empty a clip then smash that ‘q’ button and do it again!
That’s something different. Fast weapon switch allows you to “scroll” through the weapons without clicking to confirm.
