2 Things…
1: Could you make the doors and frames come out a bit more farther than the rest of the piece so it’s easier to embed them in canvas walls without the cab exterior showing?
2: Could we get variants with doors the same size as the existing elevator door items?
I’m not sure why the elevator exterior would be showing through the wall unless you’re trying to use the cab’s door as the stop’s door.
Real elevators use two sets of doors: one on the floor / stop and one in the cab to prevent passengers from entering the shaft. The cab items were built with this in mind as the intended use-case.
In this example, the door that’s glowing red is the stationary floor / stop door which is built into the wall. There’s still a gap between the cab and the wall because it needs to carry its door through the shaft with it.
This part especially confused me because I was very meticulous about them matching and I had to double check… but they’re still the same scale when placed together?
The only difference between the standalone doors and the cabs’ doors is some forward/backward thickness and the cab doors being trimsheeted.
Maybe some clarification of what you want with how you have your elevators set up would help?
