If you and everyone else end up dying after slaying the Queen, you’ll be forced to wait for the timer to tick down, instead of the typical 10 second wait.
Screenshot shows that I have died on the final day, and the timer is still ticking down from the boss fight. The screen will not advance until this timer ticks down.
