Does reinstalling affect the condo at all?

I’m planning to move the game onto an SSD, however I want to make sure that my condo isn’t affected as I’ve sunk many hours into it.

I don’t believe so, but just in case, try saving your condo before moving the game to your SSD.

Your condo is uploaded to Steam cloud as log as you have that enabled.
