When I open a condo browser it seems to be extremely laggy once the list loads in
Friend, I think I found the source of your lag.
This is very well below Tower’s recommended VRAM, which is a gigabyte at minimum.
If you have really low VRAM, you might want to try adding a launch option to the game. This also helps if you have a lot of VRAM.
