I think that Condo Tools shouldn’t be unlocked the first time you open the game, I think that with the upcoming achievements, you could make them prizes to encourage doing the achievements (Something like placing 500 items on your condo)
I think they should be available when you start the game, they’re important building tools (especially the scaler) and I don’t think you should have to spend your time buying hundreds of items to get them.

I would prefer them being rewards to work faster. Even more stuff like Color Tool (To change the color of some stuff for example)
We have no plans to make any Condo tools cost units or be locked behind achievements.
We decided this when we decided to refund everyone their units and make the tools free.
