Condo Invasion event?

I was on my condo (The lobby 2(/3?) condo) and I was looking out at the beach and the ocean ahead, and I wondered:

Would it be possible to have an event where your condo gets ‘invaded’ by like an army of enemies, for example: crabs, and if you beat a number of waves, you can get prizes based off of it

That probably would not work well with the highly customizable nature of condos. I imagine that’s why their mostly kept to the lobby,
