I feel as though the following achievements would be great additions to the game, and would encourage additional playing to earn the money required or encourage players to get together more often to do the activities required to earn these achievements.

The names of these potential achievements are just some that I came up with, feel free to use them if you decide to implement these achievements!

Condo Achievements

Landlord - Purchase 5 real estate properties
Property Mogul - Purchase all available real estate properties
Building Equity - Sell a real estate property
Stock Broker - Sell 5 real estate properties

General Condo Activity Achievements

Who Needs To Go Out? - Be drunk in your condo with 3 or more players for 10 minutes total
Home Theater - Watch TV for 25 hours in a condo in total
Permanent Residence - Spend 7 days in your condo in total (Same as the Plaza achievement “Tower Addiction”, but in the condo).
Extended Visit - Spend 1 hour in another player’s condo
Searching For Catnip - Open 25 Catsacks total in your condo
Catvana - Open 50 Catsacks total in your condo
You’ve Gotta Be Kitten’ Me - Open 100 Catsacks total in your condo

House Condo Activity Achievements

Fresh Sun, Backyard Fun - Have 4 or more players in your backyard in House

Underwater Condo Activity Achievements

Make Sure To Wait 30 Minutes - Jump off the docks with another player in Underwater
Scuba Gear? I Have Gills! - Spend 30 minutes in the Water total in Underwater

Theater Condo Activity Achievements

Projector Inspector - Watch TV for 10 hours in Theater in total
Cinema Specialist - Watch TV for 25 hours in Theater in total
Box Office Smash - Watch TV for 100 hours in Theater in total
Theater Snacks - Spawn 10 Food and Drink items in Theater in total

Art Studio Condo Activity Achievements

Going Digital - Place 5 TVs total in any location in Art Studio
Plug In The Tablet - Place 5 computer towers total in any location in Art Studio

Smooth Dirt Condo Activity Achievements

It’s (Not) Free Real Estate! - Place down 500 items in Smooth Dirt in total

Smooth Autumn Condo Activity Achievements

Seasonal Investor - Place down 500 items in Smooth Autumn in total

Thank you so much! Achievement Farming is one of my absolute favorite things to do in Tower Unite, along with many other users. So the more we can add in the better!

How about a Condo Achievment that involves opening catsacks since the only way you can do that is in a condo?
