This suggestion is (kind of) based off of this bug: [0.6.5.1] Cosmic Catsacks Weird Color

We should be able to make regular catsacks and cosmic catsacks colourable.

sadly macdguy said catsacks wouldn’t be colorable. although this is understandable, it could’ve been cool to have a fake cosmic haha
