Great for holiday items that you don’t want lying around when you forget about them.

I feel personally that this is a little much. Might be easier to make an alternate holiday save of your condo.
Consider that this would be UI clutter and that a major number of items and users would never need this.

Saves are currently bugged for me at least. Restoring save files means losing hard work.
