Unlike Source, pressing esc while typing something doesn’t clear your chat bar. Multiple times, i’ve been typing something, press esc to cancel it and type something else, but the original message is still there and I just write over it, making the message confusing. Could you try to add this in to a hotfix?
I also think it would be a cool idea to add emotes/emojis. maybe even create an emote canvas so you can have your own personal emotes?
