For my account, I cannot equip or use accessories and hats. I have reinstalled the game multiple times and reset settings to default but it does nothing.
try going to %localappdata%/Tower/Saved
and renaming that folder to Saved2 or delete the Steam\steamapps\common\Tower Unite\Tower\ClientPlayerData2
folder, and then launch the game
