I have this cough medicine bottle I chose on the steam workshop and it was a Tower Unite edition one and I cannot move and or edit anything on this bottle. I can walk over top of it but I cannot move it or anything whatsoever.

This content is not part of the TU, it is a static object and cannot be changed.
The only thing you can do is use in TU Workshop physic item and assign this model to him, then you can move this bottle.
