So there is a dock by the ocean where there is boats. I was thinking, if you could buy your own boat for a lot of units and drive it around on the ocean and give people rides, it would be very fun and gives something more for players to work with. Also after purchasing a boat, if you could customize it e.g. paint jobs, different models, items and more. This would be very cool and I would grind just to get the units to buy it! 
Those boats there are planned to be fishing boats which you can actually use. Customization would be nice though.
