Blurring/Low Textures Issue

Me again, I’m experiencing a smorgasbord of low textures in TU, including my HUD.

According to my snapshot, all the textures from TU are now blurred from my POV, excluding player models, item models, etc. The HUD has a hard time rendering textures.
Every time I joined the server or hosting a condo, blurring low textures happens to me.

Here are my specification from my PC.

This usually happens when you run out of memory when playing the game. If you put “-NOTEXTURESTREAMING” in your games launch settings, it will load all the textures as it disables texture streaming. However, load times will be slightly longer.
