Since player customization is going to be much more advanced than GMT’s style, there’s going to be a distinct increase in hair options. Perhaps you could start out with a few generic styles of head/facial hair options available and purchase more from a barber?

I think so, yeah, but I’ve never played GTA V myself, so I can’t say for sure. If the hairstyles you buy are free to use anytime afterwards, then yes.
