In ballrace, people should always spawn facing the direction of the course, not any other direction. It’s simply annoying to spawn holding “w” and immediately fall off the course.
“well why don’t you just turn around before running?”
“becuase some people DO spawn facing the right direction (it’s random), and turning around takes time. therefor, I will always lose to someone who holds w and spawns in the right direction.”

actually right now it spawns you facing the same direction you were looking before on the last course or when you died. However the host will always spawn facing forward
