I don’t have my current pc anymore and i will get a new one, but i didnt backup my condo.dat so will i have my condo back once i install tu on my new pc or do i need to start over?

I think you’ll need to start over, as I don’t think TU uses Steam cloud storage yet. You should still have all your items, though, so it’s just a matter of placing them all down again.

Your inventory uses Steam, however the Condo does not save to the Steam cloud at this time. So you’ll have to rebuild.
Sorry to say that we don’t have Steam Cloud going yet. We’re actively working on it.
