Allow NPC's the ability to utilize the Squat Kick animation as their idle animation

NPC’s currently are unable to use all the emotes that normal players can. Specifically the Squat Kick emote. When you set an NPC’s model to one of Searith’s “blorp” models, they are unable to do the famous “Blorping” animation. Right now, some condo builders have to resort to using the Chill Dance emote which is a lot less fun.

We need more animations, basically all of the loop ones. Yes even the anonymous
