Add the ability to rocket jump with the Firework Launcher

Self-explanatory. I think adding the ability to rocket jump with the firework launcher would allow a whole new section of condos to be made, which would be another reason to check the condo tab. This would also be super fun to play around with in the plaza. What are your thoughts?
