I’m having issues with a few of the TU Plaza achievements, specifically “I Can See My House From Here” which isn’t popping, “Photographer”, “Explorer” and “Stuffed Discovery” which just aren’t popping up for me to do or aren’t working at all (The plushies won’t let me press E on them and the photographer icons aren’t showing at all) I’m not too sure why I’m having this issue other than I was using this game through Family Sharing before buying it for my account and not sure if that could glitch out the achievements?
If you navigate to your in-game settings > Game/HUD > Misc, there is a way to reset all of the markers in the plaza. This should reset all markers such as the camera icons, info markers, plushies, etc. Which should allow you to collect all of the stuff again.
