Ability to place and move the spawn point for players joining a condo

I have no idea if this has been suggested yet, but I would like to move the spawn point freely for example in the Condo, normally the spawn point would be in front of the lobby door, but what if you wanted people to spawn at the beach?

This is planned. For now, you can just place a teleporter right underneath the current spawn that teleports to the beach or wherever.
