[1.1.3.0] Stuck Via RC's

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Sit Down Somewhere In The Plaza.
    2.Use RC Helicopter, Tank Or Toy Rocket Or Drone.
    3. Exit The RC Helicopter, Tank Or Toy Rocket Or Drone.

What I expected to happen

Being still able to Move After Using the RC.

What happened

Stuck Completely in Place, Unable to Move At all, Forced to Leave the Plaza, To Fix it, Can’t even Fast Travel.

Edited With The Exact Steps on how to Recreate the bug, Final Edit, This Bug Seems to happen for all RC-Related Inventory. (Sorry for the Mass Edits, Been Trying to Figure out what it was exactly.)

NOTE: Spam Clicking To Activate The RC And then Cancel Right After Causes Death Lock.
