[1.1.2.1] Unable to sell the item I'm no longer using

The Medium Tube 45 Degree Up is one of those condo item to build that becomed un-sellable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. I open the inventory inside my suite condo.
2. I right-click the Medium Tube 45 Degree Up.

What I expected to happen

I can only add the Medium Tube 45 Degree Up in my favorite.

What happened

I can’t sell it.
