Pool tube bounces indefinitely when thrown in water
Steps to Reproduce
Place the new physics pool tube on the ground. Pick it up and throw it/drop over a body of water. It will bounce up and down forever, slowing down at first but never stopping.
What I expected to happen
The physics slow down to a full stop where it just floats.
What happened
It slows down immediately after hitting the water but never comes to a stop.
