[1.1.1.2] Victorian Fabric (Floral) auto-switches to Victorian Fabric (Plain) if you enable world align

The recently-added Victorian Fabric (Floral) texture can only be used if world align is turned off. If world align is enabled, it’ll automatically switch to the no-world-align version of the Victorian Fabric (Plain) texture.
