[1.1.1.2] Duplicating "Festive Lights Twinkle" breaks effect

If you attempt to duplicate a string of Festive Lights Twinkle (half or full version) it’ll break the first one’s animated effect. Attempting to change variations doesn’t fix it either, have to just delete it and place a new one.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Place Festive Lights Twinkle or Festive Lights Twinkle Half
  • Switch it to one of the animated variations
  • Duplicate it by dragging while holding ALT (since you can’t dupe it with the glove)

What I expected to happen

Animated effect to continue working on the original and duplicated item.

What happened

Animated effect breaks and just stays a solid color.

Hm, so new info I noticed today: Just restarting the condo breaks the twinkle effect too. Place one down, set it to one of the blinking variations, then exit and reload the condo, you’ll see that they’ve become solid and switching variations doesn’t fix it.
