The scrollbar for the in-game Customize menu has an incorrect texture.
Steps to Reproduce
Simply open the Customize Menu while in a Ball Race game. (default keybind: C)
What I expected to happen
The scrollbar looking normal.
What happened
The scrollbar using a totally-incorrect texture.
