Summary of bug here.
After the introduction of pets – and I have no fathomable clue how it got up there — a Cat (white) has appeared in my weapon hotbar.
I am unable to remove it from my hotbar by dragging it away. I have removed EVERYTHING else.
Steps to Reproduce
I am completely unsure how it got there in the first place so unfortunately I can’t offer any insight on how to reproduce the problem
I guess they like it up there.
Whats funny is not long before it happened last major update, I was talking about how I wish I could take them to the plaza with me like a follower.

Its been a while now and up until today the cat has still been stuck in my hotbar.
I couldn’t drag the cat out of my weapon bar and I couldn’t replace it by dragging another item in,
I tried many things that didn’t work until today when I tried dragging another pet into the slot and somehow it replaced it.
In the meantime that cat is now a resident in my condo, their name is Pocket.
I am still left with unanswered questions as to how it wound up there to begin with but I have my item slot back.

Cats are free-willed animals and they will do as they please. We are all but humble servants to them.
