The OnMediaStarted output behaves inconsistently with media volumes when the player is set to playlist mode. When entering a media volume, it often will not trigger. When skipping a video, it often will not trigger.
Steps to Reproduce
Set the OnMediaStarted for a media player to turn on a light for five seconds and then off. Connect the media player to a media volume and set a short video to loop on playlist mode. Exit the media volume after a successful trigger and re-enter after the previous video has concluded, or continuously skip the video until IO behaves inconsistently.
