I’m unsure if anyone else is having this issue, but the underwater condo seems to have become flooded. When I try to descend into the main areas I enter a swimming state despite there not being any water present inside the building.
Maybe I just left the sink running, as this happened even after closing and re-opening the game.
When I take my teleporter down rather than the elevator the underwater screen effect shows up, which doesn’t happen when I take the elevator down.
