[0.9.0.5] Police Cap and Death Cloak hats problem

I found two hats that have problems with, the police cap and the death cloak.

Police Cap:
The police cap is going thought the hair of the male character.

Death Cloak:
The death cloak is in the wrong axis making it look bad
