The milestone item the Plasma Auto Rifle has two firing modes. The second firing mode, which is the charge shot, can be fired in no weapon areas such as the Casino, Bowling Alley, and Trivia Room.

Owner is probably the only one who can see or hear it, others see that player just walks with gun, nothing else.
Shot it at multiple friends and they could see and hear it.
Oh, then my probably is wrong. My friends didn’t hear anything.
Let’s just wait and hope till Devs fix this.
