When equipping vehicles, the FOV gets set to what I think is the default value. If you have modified your FOV in the current session you’re in it will stay at the value you selected.
If FOV was 120 before joining, equipping a vehicle will set it to 90.
If FOV was set to 120 after joining, it will remain there after equipping a vehicle.
