[0.9.0.4] Ball collides with staircase when its not in the way in the first stairs hole. Hit box moved?

Mini golf.
After the Forest graphics pass it appears that the hit box for the stairs on the first stairs hole - sorry forget number - is now slightly higher than the stair. This means that the ball can hit the stair even though it is not in the way.

You must mean hole 6. I think this is a problem with the walls of the staircase too.
