Is it still broken or am i doing it wrong ?
It is still broken when I’ve accomplished all targets with no misses. Same thing noted in Discord as well.
This issue is now resolved in next hot fix. Turns out the problem lied in the ammo counter. It was being reset each round so it caused the achievement to fail to unlock.
