Exactly what the title says.
Video of lightning in a bottle not functioning properly:
Lightning constantly flickers around the bottle for a moment when placed down, but then never displays properly again after a few seconds.

This is the same with every other lightning item (tesla coil, jacob’s ladder, etc). Wish this could be fixed
