If you run along the fences there are some collisions that poke out, you can jump crouch onto them to get up. There’s around 3/4 places to hop out.

Was just gonna post a thing on this lol, other than the fence you can also use the little protruding pipes on the side and do a little manuvering to also get up into the OOB area.
