This is an issue i’ve been having for quite a long time now, whenever I tab out of the game when i’m in places like the Plaza where there’s a lot going on, it has an almost guaranteed tendancy to freeze if I were to tab out, yet if I tab out while i’m in most interiors (places like a crowded Casino being the exceptions) and condos (unless they’re also crowded and full of items), it’s just fine. The freezing always gets bad to a point where my task manager is slow as all hell to navigate through so I can force quit the game when it happens, however if I click a few times on the game window, it’ll sometimes unfreeze itself. This is the only game that does this as well.
