i know this is technically already reported here but I have a weird bit of info to add that felt it needed its own post.
Before this catch- I fished up an item that didnt appear. During my fight with the next fish- the starfish catch popped up and blocked the screen, and when i still managed to catch the fish, a second catch screen came up.
the same exact thing happened to @Drrabbit while he was fishing next to me, except he didnt manage to catch the fish once the screen had come up.
Coincidentally, the steam servers started to fizzle after this happened
