The Drivable Speedboat can phase through anything that exists as long as there’s water for it to move on. That means you can go easily outside the invisible Condo walls, any of the rocks outside the condo, anything you place in the water, and even you can just drive straight into the condo and go even worse OOB.
AND, the spawning platform for the drivable speedboat is solid.
