I click on catsacks to open them and they don’t open. I’ve tried on gold and silver catsacks.

Are you connected to the backend when this is happening? You can see if you are connected by looking at the pause menu and looking in the top right for the Green Dot.
Yes I am connected to the backend. I click e on them and they don’t open.
