After a few rounds, and a new one started, my game started to look like this when it previously looked 100%, perfectly normal. Here are my settings:

did you have texture streaming on?
I’m not sure, and I don’t know where that would be. If it’s one of those startup arguments, then no.
I’ve had this happen to me in the middle of playing Desertion and it carried through other Virus maps until I restarted TU.
Texture streaming is on for everyone by default, it is also very bad sometimes. To disable it go to the steam launch properties of Tower Unite and type in
-notexturestreaming
