If you throw birb at the dragon to stun him he looks stunned but he’s not restricted from doing anything so it’s completely pointless, I think this is a bug.
I think it’s intentional? However I feel the bird hitting the dragon should inflict a similar effect to Knight’s getting stunned, a Lesser ability to move, Inability to use bite, tail whip, and roar.

When the dragon is stunned run tail swipe, roar is disabled and all stamina is lost. Bite is still allowed.
