It has been reported, but the bug you’re mentioning may not be the same one.
The accessories are actually shrinking and the smaller models clip inside the player model. It can also happen when you sit in chairs in the Plaza.
On some models you could easily see. It’s a bug that I reported when Workshop was introduced. Not sure if this is fixed in the upcoming update, but TU Trello has no mention of it.
