When there is any foreign object above the seat and it makes the player naturally crouch, attempting to sit on a seat makes the player float above the seat.
Normal crouch sitting is fine. Only if there is a foreign object above the seat AND forces the player to crouch.
When decorating above the seat, it becomes problematic.
This bug seems to affect all seats in the game.
