[0.3.5.0] Chandelier area in highrise has buggy collisions with life rings

If life rings are hit into the ground with enough speed on the grey carpeted area (normally wood) in the chandelier room, they phase right through it, either getting stuck in the floor beneath the carpet or landing into the sub-basement. This can be replicated by jumping onto the edge of the life ring or throwing it onto the ground while in no-clip mode from high above.
