[0.18.8.0]libretro: Newly added TVs can't display the output screen of some libretro cores

The latest version is [0.18.8.0]

The newly added media TVs can’t display SFC/PS/SS emulators screen, but can display FC, GB, GBA, N64,PSP,DC,PS2 emulators screen.

update: wsc/ws only displays half of the screen

Steps to Reproduce

use media TV (YUNG & NONY) to play sfc/ps/ss game, no output
