When wearing items like Bunny Ears or a Tie, the grapple latches onto the accessory instead of shooting properly.

From my experience, it’s still does that without accessories too, when you aim anywhere down even slightly.
Edited: It’s possibly due to me using Slightly Big potion. So loadout may affect Pluck-a-Pal crane’s shooting.
