[0.17.0.1] Water Volume Underwater Effect/Tint persists when Disabled and Hidden by I/O

When you use Condo I/O to disable and hide a water volume, entering the (now hidden and disabled) water volume still shows the underwater effect/tint on the players screen.

Tested this with a friend and can confirm its broken on both client and server.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a water volume, attach a button that hides and disables the water volume and enter the space where the hidden water volume is.
